Srinagar, Feb 03: A tourist from Rajasthan tragically passed away after collapsing in the Kullen Sonamarg area of central Kashmir’s Ganderbal district.
An official confirmed to JKNS that Vijesh Borana, a resident of Jodhpur, Rajasthan, lost consciousness at Kullen Sonamarg. He was promptly transported to SDH Kangan, where doctors declared him dead upon arrival.
Following the completion of medico-legal formalities, the body has been sent to Jammu for further proceedings.
Authorities have launched an investigation into the incident.
