Rajouri, Dec 30: In a decisive move against anti-national activities, the District Police Rajouri, acting on orders from the Hon’ble Court, attached the properties of two individuals accused of aiding Pakistan-based handlers. The action was carried out today in the presence of Revenue authorities as part of FIR No. 04/2011 registered under Sections 3/4 of the EIMCO Act at Police Station Thanamandi.
The details of the attached properties are as follows:
- Ishtiaq Ahmed, son of Mohd Zaman, a resident of Bhattian, Tehsil Thanamandi: 5 Kanal 14 Marla of land attached.
- Zahid Ali Khan, son of Mohd Iqbal, a resident of Bhattian, Thanamandi: 2 Kanal 4 Marla of land attached.
Both individuals are accused of facilitating activities that support anti-national elements. This action is part of ongoing efforts to dismantle the networks of Pakistan-based handlers and their local collaborators operating in the region.
The District Police reiterated its commitment to curbing anti-national activities and ensuring peace and stability in Rajouri.
