The property, identified as a four-marla plot of land situated in Syedabad Pastuna, Tral, is valued at several lakhs and is registered under the name of Mubashir Ahmad, son of Ghulam Nabi Dar, a resident of the same locality.
The action was carried out under Section 25 of the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act (UAPA), which empowers authorities to seize or attach properties linked to terrorism. According to a police spokesperson, the move came after an intensive investigation conducted by the Awantipora police.
