Udhampur, Jan 07: Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha on Tuesday said separatist activities have once again started increasing in Jammu and Kashmir, calling for a firm and united response from security forces.
Speaking at the passing-out parade of Deputy Superintendents of Police in Udhampur, Sinha declared, “Those who fire bullets and those who provide them with weapons are both terrorists. Their actions are an attack on humanity, and they will face the same punishment.”
The Lieutenant Governor stressed the importance of collective efforts by all security forces to combat the renewed threat of separatism, underlining the government’s commitment to preserving peace and stability in the region.
The ceremony marked the induction of newly trained officers, signifying the state’s resolve to bolster its security apparatus amid the emerging challenges.
