SRINAGAR, Jan 30: The Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad (ABVP)
organized a vibrant “Tiranga Rally” in Srinagar on Thursday, marking
the culmination of their Republic Day celebrations.
The rally commenced at the Tourist Reception Centre (TRC) and passed
through key locations including Residency Road and Regal Chowk,
finally concluding peacefully at the historic Lal Chowk. A large
number of ABVP activists, with a notable participation of women,
carried a long tricolor flag, proudly marching through the business
heart of Srinagar.
“The aim of the Tiranga rally is to spread a message that the youth of
Kashmir are Indian and will always remain Indian,” said one of the
participants.
A woman participant echoed these sentiments, adding, “This rally is
our way of expressing love for the nation and showcasing our unity.”
The peaceful rally was a demonstration of solidarity and patriotism,
reinforcing the ABVP’s message of national unity.
