JAMMU, JANUARY 17: Deputy Chief Minister Surinder Chowdhary visited the Government Shalimar Hospital today to inquire about the health of victims from the Rajouri tragedy.
Accompanied by MLA Budhal Javaid Choudhary and other senior officials, Chowdhary interacted with the hospital administration and medical staff, emphasizing that the government is fully committed to determining the causes behind the mysterious deaths in Rajouri. He assured that all necessary medical facilities would be provided to the victims.
Addressing the media on the sidelines of his visit, the Deputy Chief Minister stated that the government had already launched a comprehensive research effort to identify the causes of the tragic incident. He added that agencies such as the police have been instructed to conduct a thorough investigation into the matter. “If any foul play is detected, strict action will be taken against those responsible,” Chowdhary assured.
