Fire and Fury Corps to Host Ex-Servicemen Rally and Pension Adalat in Leh

Leh, Jan 12: In a heartfelt tribute to the sacrifices and services of Ex-Servicemen (ESM) and Veer Naris (war widows), the Fire and Fury Corps is set to organize a grand Ex-Servicemen Rally and Pension Adalat on January 14, 2025, at Rinchen Auditorium, Leh.

This landmark event will bring together veterans, their families, and serving personnel of the Indian Army in a celebration of camaraderie and gratitude. Designed to strengthen the enduring bond between the Army and its veterans, the rally serves as a platform to address grievances, promote awareness about welfare schemes, and reaffirm the Army’s unwavering commitment to the well-being of its retired personnel and their families.

The event will feature dedicated stalls manned by officials from the Army and Veteran Welfare Organizations to resolve pension-related issues, documentation challenges, and other administrative concerns faced by the veteran community. A medical camp will also be set up, offering health check-ups, specialist consultations, and free medicines.

Beyond administrative support, the rally embodies the Indian Army’s motto, “Once a soldier, always a soldier,” reflecting its respect and gratitude for the contributions of its veterans. It is an opportunity for ESM and Veer Naris to reconnect with former comrades and relive their shared history, while also inspiring a continued spirit of service.

The upcoming rally under the aegis of the Fire and Fury Corps is more than an event—it is a celebration of sacrifice, a reaffirmation of commitment, and a heartfelt gesture to honor the indomitable spirit of India’s defenders. By fostering camaraderie and addressing critical needs, this initiative underscores the nation’s enduring gratitude and respect for those who dedicated their lives to its defence.
