Jammu, Feb 9: Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha on Saturday addressed the 46th National Convention of All India Galav Purva Tyagi Brahmin Mahasabha at Dr. Karan Singh Inter College, Agra, urging people to work towards building a modern India while preserving the nation’s rich cultural heritage.
In his keynote address, Sinha emphasized the need for reforming education, empowering youth, and fostering a spirit of social responsibility. He called upon young people to act as a bridge between the government and the public, driving both economic growth and social transformation.
“Our youth are the nation’s greatest wealth and strength. They must work with dedication to uplift the underprivileged and uphold the ideals of fraternity and harmony,” he said.
He further urged the younger generation to remain committed to addressing future challenges and contribute to nation-building through innovation and leadership.
On the occasion, the Lieutenant Governor paid tributes to prominent freedom fighters and political figures who dedicated their lives to serving the country.
Highlighting the role of social organizations, Sinha stressed the importance of ensuring maximum participation of women and youth in shaping India’s future.
