Dy CM Surinder Chowdhary Visits Injured Kathua Encounter Personnel at GMC Jammu

 JAMMU, Mar 28: Deputy Chief Minister Surinder Chowdhary on Thursday visited Government Medical College (GMC) Hospital, Jammu, to enquire about the condition of police personnel injured in the recent Kathua encounter.

During his visit, he interacted with the hospital authorities and medical staff, assessing the condition of the injured personnel. He directed the GMC administration to ensure the best possible medical care and make all necessary resources available for their treatment.

“The safety and health of our people are paramount. I have instructed the hospital to leave no stone unturned in providing top-quality care to those injured in the Kathua encounter,” the Deputy Chief Minister said.

He also met with the injured personnel and their families, assuring them of the government’s full support in this difficult time.

The Deputy CM was accompanied by senior officials from the Health Department and local administration, who briefed him on the ongoing medical arrangements.

Expressing solidarity with the affected families, he reiterated the government’s commitment to maintaining peace and security in Jammu & Kashmir.
